I was cleaning out my greenhouse when my mother arrived unexpectedly, saying she wanted to go up Hood Canal. Two hours later we were eating oysters by the dozen up at Hama Hama. I’m no oyster connoisseur, but damn! If these aren’t the best oysters on the planet, I’d like to try something that claims to be better! Hama Hama’s in the foreground & Blue Pool’s in the back which we liked better, but honestly it was like splitting hairs because they were both so delicious.
