Today a full year has passed since my grandfather passed away from lung cancer and I wonder how the Espada + Tesla would react to their partner mourning the loss of a family member and just having a breakdown?
Starrk — His ideas of how to cope with grief start and end at 'sleep until the bad feelings go away'... but he is awfully comforting to cuddle up with. Seeing you so upset is painful for him too, and he feels terribly useless for not being able to fix this for you.
Halibel — She's by far the most rational about trying to comfort you, even if her reassurances still come out stiff and unsure. It feels vaguely wrong for a dead, ruined soul to console you over someone's passing, but she'll try her best to ease you out of your misery.
Ulquiorra — There's an unfortunately high chance that he's going to say something horribly insensitive, but he'll at least get the message afterward that this is serious. Even then, his attempts at comfort are stilted and blunt, but the attempt in itself clearly shows that he cares.
Nnoitra — The whole "mourning" thing feels entirely out of his depth, and the closest thing to comfort he knows how to offer is just... staying close. Silently, because if he opens his mouth, he's bound to fuck something up. Yet still obviously, undeniably worried about you.
Grimmjow — In classic Grimmjow fashion, he doesn't like having a problem that he can't get rid of through physical force. This emotional shit is tricky, and he hates how helpless he feels when he can't say or do the right things to make your pain go away.
Szayel — For all his boasting about 'emotional intelligence', actually having to face a breakdown brings a brutal stop to that confidence. He's decently tactful when trying to help you calm down, yet still visibly uncertain... and that's what proves he genuinely wants to help.
Aaroniero — He's using every bit of absorbed memory to comfort you effectively. If it works, great. If you only find the effort manipulative or fake, then he's stuck with the terrifying situation of having no idea what to do. He wants to help, but he's only known grief second-hand.
Tesla — His efforts to comfort you start with acts of service, because he knows that trying to navigate such painful, human emotions is bound to end badly. There's nothing a heartless monster could say that would fix this, so he sticks to what he knows he's capable of.
Hello =w=/ Do you think Espadas would act much differently if they were fraccions of a espada SO? (I like Luppi very much,if you make it a scenario, can you include him?)
This is going to be headcanon format instead of scenario, but yep, Luppi can absolutely be included! >:D
. . .
Starrk
He's perfectly content being subordinate to someone stronger. Existing as the weaker one, for once, is almost peaceful. He's not the best about actually getting up and following orders, but the lack of any rebellious or power-hungry tendencies makes up for those faults. So long as Lilynette can stay by his side (which is all but guaranteed, with a matched set like them), this role is bearable.
Halibel
So long as Apacci, Mila Rose, and Sung-Sun are under your protection as well, she can swallow her pride and accept a superior. For the most part, as a Fraccion, Halibel stays out of the way. She does what she's told and tries to make herself useful, but doesn't seek recognition or praise. She just wants to fill this role properly, and not have to deal with unnecessary complications.
Ulquiorra
He's the picture of silent, apathetic obedience; following orders quickly, efficiently, and without complaint. However... that dead-eyed glare certainly doesn't seem fond of you. Internally, Ulquiorra is willing to accept a superior when one is assigned to him, but he finds the whole farce of authority just as ridiculous as most of Aizen's commands. He'll comply, but he resents every second of it.
Nnoitra
Nnoitra might very well be the worst Fraccion possible. Having someone stronger bossing him around hits his fragile, volatile ego like nothing else— and as you'd expect, he responds to that perceived slight with violence. Constant threats against his superior's life quickly become routine; you can either accept this, or put him down in battle and wipe your hands of the mess.
Grimmjow
Horrendous. He's a slight step up from Nnoitra in that he's capable of some pro-social behavior, but Grimmjow vehemently despises being anyone's subordinate— and he makes his feelings on the matter frequently and violently known. Much like how he rebells against Aizen's authority, whoever he's Fraccion to gets a nasty attitude and creative interpretations of orders, at best.
Szayel
On the surface, he's an enthusiastically loyal subordinate who goes above and beyond to be helpful to you! ...too far, sometimes, especially when his excuses for the latest self-directed incident don't quite hide his scheming. Szayel, of course, is plotting against you all the while; either to take you down and rise in the ranks, or to exploit your power for his own benefit.
Aaroniero
He's another out-of-the-way sort of subordinate who would just as soon never have to interact with you for more than a few moments at a time, if he can help it. At the same time that Aaroniero is wary of someone so much stronger than him, he can't help but envy your position of authority— emotions that make it safer for him to keep his distance and plan ahead for every encounter.
Luppi
He's an absolute brat— simultaneously fishing for praise and promotions at every turn, and snarking about every little order that doesn't match his idea of a good plan. Luppi is the kind of Fraccion that you'll often have to bail out of trouble; he takes a risk (or annoys the wrong person), fucks up, and then relies on you to intervene before his own mistakes catch up to him.
Happy international wolf day to these bozos I guess

When I was in the Bleach fandom, I would make these colorings. I used a regular mouse and it looked better than my use of a pad.
One day I will draw Halibel in Mirage's outfit, it's not a threat but a promise
Halibel is Mirage's fursona
Hear me out, because unfortunately for you I am incapable of shutting the fuck up.
This isn't just because both of them have cloning abilities and are very goofy individuals. I am also saying this because while we don't know a lot about Halibel's lore, from what I've read of him his personality reeks of identity issues. Or some issues there. This usually comes with people that can duplicate themselves.
Now, Mirage and Halibel are not 1:1 carbon copies, Halibel is simply cooler in my opinion, because he holds himself in a more confident manner than Mirage will ever (sorry ily but it's true). Mirage uses humor to deflect from how much of a loser he is (in his eyes) while Halibel knows his strength and that he's funny.
So with how Halibel would be Mirage's fursona, let's break down what a fursona represents. At the end of the day, it's just another version of online personas, which are what people use to represent themselves. Even if it's not entirely lined up in reality. Halibel would represent the confidence that Mirage wishes he would have, while preserving some core aspects about himself such as being witty (and not being awkward about it).
Also, something I noticed was that they both have a ton of influence technically, with Mirage being a Legend which means that he's won several Apex matches. Which is a bloodsport. And Halibel, or "The Admirer" is one of the strongest characters from Kararagi (even if he doesn't call attention to it too much). However, unlike Halibel, Mirage was very weak in-game when it first released. But I stuck with him regardless. I just think that it's really funny that he's really insecure as a person and his status in the video game didn't help.
