it’s time for Ranadot to pass judgment on your soul
Despite not knowing the human for very long, Peri has definitely taken a rather quick liking to them. There’s something very sincere and raw about Sunflower that makes them easy for her to understand; she knows all too well how it feels to be left behind by someone you care about, and related to that right out of the gate. ‘Ranadot’ would even consider them a friend at this point, and wants to get to know them better.
Being in the position to help reunite Sunflower with one of their missing friends definitely gave Peridot a fair amount of insight, too. She’s never been the type to believe in fate, but sometimes she has to admit that circumstances just work out.
On top of that, Sunflower has proven to be the first of those she’s met online that she can be fully, truly honest with. While there’s certainly plenty of more depressing details she spares Sunflower from, being able to talk to someone on the outside without hiding the reality of her timeline’s history is refreshing. But at the same time, she does still worry about putting too much on her new friend, who only knows of the [REDACTED] organization second-hand.
She loves the nickname ‘Rana,’ too, and isn’t about to forget who gave it to her anytime soon, either.
