Hawks

Hawks was MADE to be a hero.

Around the time Touya was born the commission was working on making androids that can “grow” like humans can. After a few failed attempts they made Keigo and started to train him alongside Touya.

The original plan was that Keigo would work as Touya’s sidekick when the two were older….. however that didn’t really work out.

Instead Keigo, now Hawks, started to work alongside Endeavor.

Hawks and Keigo are kind of different versions of the same android.

Like when Kara got reset.

Before the reset we have Keigo and after we have Hawks.

When Hawks first runs into Dabi is when he starts to show noticeable signs of deviancy. However since the commission knew they could control Keigo they think they can control Hawks and don’t think to much of it until it’s far to late.
