I just got inspiration for a hospital drama fanfic of Haku and Luka :D
Haku is a sad and lonely patient in the hospital, and the serious yet caring Luka is her doctor
Luka ends up slowly falling in love with Haku, her own patient, and tell many things about themselves to each other.
Eventually Haku is in critical condition and Luka is doing everything she can to save her...
And they have sexy moments in the hospital bed! (Don’t worry, they’re both adults and it’s consensual)
It will probably end with Haku living, unless I’m feeling evil...
It will probably be very fanfiction-like, after all there will be smut in it. It’s also not a very realistic storyline. Also, I don’t think a serious work would have a doctor and patient having sex in the hospital bed ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Something about Haku/Luka is just so pure, mature, and beautiful? I could see them both just bonding in the garden or in a library or music room, practicing music or relaxing together in a quiet peaceful setting. I could see them both having similar tastes in music and stuff like literature. Haku has a tendency to get sad and Luka would be the most supportive and warm gf in the world to her.
Haku tends to be shy, Luka is very romantic in a gentle way and loves to cuddle with her and give her comfort and love. Haku’s love for Luka is unconditional and she never feels like she will be able to return all the kindness Luka gives her, even if Luka reassures her that just being herself is enough.
Luka considers Haku the most beautiful woman in the world, and that her imperfections are perfect in her eyes. Haku is smitten with Luka who is like an angel in her eyes. Lots of smiling, blushing, meaningful “I love you”s, and affection.
Something about them is just so romantic and tender and endearing. Very soft. Very evocative. Like a milk chocolate truffle that's unimaginably smooth and dulcet and wraps you up in a delightful feeling. I would put more adjectives and similes but I'm starting to sound pretentious.
