today i lied to someone and said that i work for NASA.

after i said ‘lol jks but i would totally sign up as a test subject if NASA wanted to send something to some unknown region of space’, well the person told me ‘you must be really bored with your life’

to which i said, ‘nah never’

& that’s true. i’m never bored with my life. but i wish i could be. to be bored, that means i’d have nothing to do. that means i’d not want to do anything. i’d be so bored i’d just lie on the floor & think about how empty & lifeless everything is, think about how i am the whole world & its limit, or better, not even think about that - not even realise it. it would be like having more closed doors in my brain, more inaccessible chambers of thought that i don’t have to stew in. like i do now (there’s no such thing as overthinking for me).
