Week 2, Day 1
Had to do some of my lifts a bit early this week, hectic schedule
Bench 205x8 185x2x5 (paused), 1x10 Close Grip Bench 160x3x8, 1x8 (paused) Chins BWx3x6 (Pause at top, and at the bottom), 1x9 Row, Pulldowns, Rear Delts, Shrugs, Curls So overall a good day. Would usually have more rest between now and the last Bench workout but that it’s not big deal. Bench moved much better this time. Chins I’m trying to do a really controlled, no kipping/swinging approach. Hopefully it works out.
