Hue 18
A painting for the most lovely Warphammer! There's a few regulars I get to draw every few Huevember editions (or even every year) and these returns always make me emotional, it's so fun to compare these later. Thank you again for the chance to do this <3
I want one of these. It would have to be indoors where I live though in a climate controlled environment. And one would fill an entire room. My cats would love it.
San Francisco for December: Part of the lake at the Palace of Fine Arts. With mighty gunnera leaves (if I'm getting that right!).

The leaves of this Gunnera manicata (giant rhubarb, Chilean rhubarb, prickly rhubarb) have been placed over the crown (growing tip) to protect it from cold winter temperatures. The covering is removed in spring as this large and robust herbaceous perennial begins to grow again.
