Cosmetic woe of the day: Whoever determines the dyeable areas of the cosmetics is SOOO obsessed with making sure that certain colours aren't dyeable, and can barely be matched with dyes on other items . Even when it's so obvious that those areas should be dyeable
Cosmetic woe of the day: Stupid game forgets that necklaces are a part of the closet, completely leaves them out of the Dye Workshop
IT ANNOYS ME SO MUCH . You have to go in and out of the shop just to change your neck item, and this also means you can't properly preview any neck items/tails because spells disappear when you open the dye editor . Wow..!
The more I think about it, the more I realise that Days of Nature this year really is indeed. VERY unimpactful
They weren't afraid to show animals literally almost lifeless in the darkness spills in previous years, they're grey and still in the water until you free them and they can go back to full health . THAT'S impactful
What does hiding the bottles in the sand for you to Find If You Want To really show you? What does putting the vortexes way off into the distance show you? You're not really encouraged to do anything because the horrific results of dumping garbage on beaches doesn't meet your eyes. It's in the background, 'incase you want to build an ugly sculpture'
Redecorating my nest completely for practically the first time! And I just think of lots of things I'd want to have in here, like imagine ..
Book stacks, fully-stocked bookshelves
More hanging or wall plants (more plants and FLOWERS in general)
Food . Fruit bowls, veggie baskets, boxes and jars and the likes
More light sources that don't need a candle to activate, especially for dark areas and nests . They add so much life with the warm always-present lighting -> String/fairy lights on the mention of that!
Rugs in colours other than blue/grey, and maybe with more detailed designs
Creature figures and toys (The kites coming from Days of Colour this year will be so awesome for me!! but I wanna have something smaller . I love trinkets)
More wooden and painted items, I long for the Nesting items to return because auuugh what beautiful things that I wish were more commonly made

I thinkk a good few folks actually like the capeless look, which is fair ! I just really personally wish this was another neck item, as per my post about the lack of neck items & nice accessories in general
This reblog from my last post actually plays into my next Cosmetic woe of the day: I'm often miffed about the dyes on cosmetics, if they're even dyeable at all, because it has to be a conscious decision to make them that way
IF it's true that they limit the dyes to 'keep the originality of cosmetics', that's just some bs to me ? I don't understand the point of this when the dye system is always said to be "a way to express yourself"
In that case, you should be able to do as you like, it's half the original item and half YOUR item now ! Only the colours change, not fundamentally what the item is . It'll always have The Original alongside the dyes anyway, if you dye it at all

The point isn't necessarily to hide the built-in mane, but rather to add onto it, since there isn't really any bypassing with the way it was modeled . So might as well make it cooler
