These Guinness burgers are infused with the rich flavor of Guinness beer and topped with your favorite toppings. They are perfect for a hearty meal and pair wonderfully with a cold glass of Guinness.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup Guinness beer. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and your choice of toppings.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Guinness beer, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, diced onions, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer if you prefer a different level of doneness. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or until they are lightly browned. Assemble your Guinness burgers by placing lettuce and tomato on the bottom half of each bun, adding a cooked patty, and topping with your choice of additional toppings. Complete with the top half of the bun and serve hot.
