i think the point was he wanted to die heroically though not just disappear
He didnât deserve a heroic end tho. Nothing he did built up to a badass ending other than a single good one-liner. I think it wouldâve been cooler and more in line with his setup to have him disintegrate. Plus we couldâve at least had a chance to see if he could for sure not come back to the BOB, even if the chances were slim
