As of this morning I’m down 5 lbs in one week! 🤯 It may not be a lot to some but I’m damn proud of that 5 lbs! 🥩🥗Clean eating (NOT Keto) and walks almost daily... with an occasional mini milky way (my weakness 😂) and I can’t give up my tacos 🌮! My nails are stronger 💪🏼 my hair is healthier and has grown about 1/2 inch 💥 in 30 days and my skin is softer! Grow out problems. My hair has grown enough that the perm I got in June is all towards the bottom, and what there is of the perm has lost its curl. So today I straightened it and put a headband on to keep it out of my face.
