Recently, I’ve gotten a request for the implementation of a group chat system. Some of you may remember the chat system we had back in RHQ-RP, and all of the shenanigans that came with it. Some of you may also remember the issue concerning the chat system that we had at the end of the old group’s lifespan.
Though I am relatively reluctant to have another chat room after the issues the old chat caused in the end, I still stand where I did when we had the chat: for those who want to use it, I think it’s a great way to make the group more of a community and to get people interacting with each other when they may otherwise be shy to talk to someone one-on-one. Therefore, if everyone in the group is okay with the idea of a new chat being implemented into this group, I will happily bring one in for everyone to play in. It won’t be required and it won’t count towards activity, but it would be there for people who wanted to use it, and I would moderate it to make sure it kept to the group’s standards.
What I want to know is whether or not members of this group would be okay with us having this chatroom. You don’t necessarily have to want to use it, but if it’s cool, we’ll have one. Please send word to me through my skype, the Hub ask, or the Hub’s messaging system with your answer. You don’t even have to explain your stance, just a simple cool or nah will do it.
