Spice up your grill game with this fiery and flavorful grilled firecracker chicken. The marinade packs a punch with a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and spicy flavors, leaving you craving for more.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Sesame seeds, for garnish optional. Green onions, chopped, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the grated ginger and mix them on high speed. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again. Make sure the chicken is evenly covered. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour, or better yet, leave it there overnight. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Grill the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's fully cooked and the juices run clear. Flip the chicken over once about halfway through cooking. No need to: Before serving, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy while hot!
