Tonight, I was doing off the floor work (inventory) and one of my regulars says to me "pull your shirt down on the side, I can see your thong". He naturally comes off creepy, but a comment like that is so uncalled for. :( I hate this job sometimes.
Do you know what the policy for no call, no shows are? We have a barista who constantly NCNS and so far management hasn't done much to anything. Is it handled on a case to case basis or is there policy?
For most store managers, a NCNS is an automatic termination. I have no patience for NCNS because at the very least, you can call. It’s still going to fuck the partners over, but at least they know.

It's February and people are still asking (and upset when I say "no") for eggnog. Is this happening all around the board?
I drank more eggnog lattes than I sold.
That said... suggest the caramel latte. The caramel syrup tastes and smells just like eggnog.
Venti 8 pump white mocha 4 pumps toffee nut with non fat and extra cr drizzle and whipped. "non fat" my ass.
I made someone cry yesterday when I told them we are not recieving any more eggnog and she drove all the way there. Oh boo fucking who.
