Here is my repainted elf! A @darkswordminiatures Forest Elf Goddess painted to be my #darkelf OC, probably my favorite of all my characters, which is why I have painted her so much 😂 one day I need to get off my lazy butt and write her story and about her culture watch I worked way too hard developing. Anyway, I gave her a new stick (which matches another miniature I have of her) and sculpted the drape which I painted to look like my favorite iridescent sari using layering of regular paints and blended acrylic medium and mica pigments. Some more work on my second #etb #primariscaptain. I am currently working on my second #etb #primariscaptain. Inspired by the incredible green stuff work of @valbjorn I bought a fur mold from @greenstuffworld and added a lot of fur. I realised that this sculpt lends itself to a neck extension thus making my captain bigger then his brethren. When I started I intended to sculpt a lot of hair for his head and beard but I somehow like the contrast of his bald head and the fur all around it. My @heroforgeminis #miniature is pretty much done and he looks great if I do say so myself, really especially pleased with his smoke gray eyes and shimmering firesilk robes. He, along with his fiance will be part of a diorama fighting a zombie dragon, lich, and about a dozen undead dudes in a tundra. After I get them all posed I will have fire coming out of his staff, but for now he is hanging out in this temporary base.
