I decided to see what Costco had, and saw this for $159.00. They sold out of grey and stainless steel and only had blue. I care not. I can't say I was ever a color coordinated appliances person. It ranges anywhere from $200 -$400. The manufacturer site price is currently $299

It got here yesterday. I set it up a bit ago. New house, new kitchen goodies!

We got a bison arm roast from a local butcher, so that's cooking up now. I took the pic before adding liquid.

I probably should have let it sear a bit longer. It was pretty cool to do it in one pan like this. I sauteed my onions and garlic in it, too.

It comes with a steaming rack, too.
