Less than two months ago there was an early twentieth century green steel viaduct here that carried the last quarter mile of the MBTA’s Green Line to its former terminus at Lechmere Station. The pylons for its replacement are already up as part of the new Green Line extension to Medford and Somerville. I highlighted it in the first pic using tilt shift.
