Like I've said before, Alucard is touch-starved. He doesn't realize that until this happens. When was the last time this creature had any form of contact that wasn't hostile? He doesn't even know, all he knows is that this feeling lingers for some time and he enjoys the warmth that comes with such a simple touch and the human that gave him such feeling.
