First ever tiny home build... Was very stressful and my first build in about two months, but really love how it came out!

Turned my ideal future home, into a reality in the sims. It took over 6 hours, but I love it, and am incredibly happy with it! Welcome To The Ranch, -2 Bedroom -1 Bathroom -Full Kitchen w/ Island -6 seating Dining Room -Full Kitchen -Full Front Porch -Grill/Fire Pit/Kid area in backyard. -Walk-in-den seating Moveobject/Live Edit objects used (Not All Features and Rooms are pictured)

A cemetery has been built in Newcrest, to honor the hardened loss in the Caverly Family. In remembrance to Grayson Caverly, the founder of the Caverly lineage, he was built his own monument area for his loved ones to visit him, and honor his life.  Make sure you leave a note in the notepad for Grayson, share a story, some kind words, or just sign your name. A small cemetery for now, but will grow to have a beautiful resting place for the rest of the Caverly family, and friends in the future.

I decided to go with a very simple approach to this. A standard mirror wall, with a small selection of yoga mats. Along with two fitness machines. Along the side wall, we have a storage area. Included is the Fitness MySim!  In the back of the ‘Home Gym’, you can find a locker room, and attached on either side of the locker room is a shower room, as well as a bathroom room. This was definitely a different build than I normally do, as I normally go for darker tones and a bit more clutter, but changing to a bright tone and neatened build truly was a change for me.

Day 3/7 ‘Open House’ Challenge, Today, was a ‘Secret Occult Lair’.  The rules were, a budget of 35k and must have a size of 6x10. I went for more of a vampire morgue look. I wanted to try and challenge myself to something, I have personally have not seen. Someone else may have done this before, and kudos to them. It’s an amazing idea, and I love how it turned out. I mainly focused on using items from the ‘Vampire’ pack! It isn’t pictured, but the entrance to the room, is hidden by bookcase doors, to give it that right amount of mysterious and secret. 

I decided to make a split level bar and entertainment room for my submission. Stairs going down into the bar area, from the seating and entertainment area. I tried using items I don’t ever use, much like the keyboard, most of the decorations. 

Used: Debug/Moveobjects Really liked how it turned out, not the greatest build I’ve done, but with a narrow constriction, I think I managed it fairly well!
