Grape pie🍇😋🍽️🥧 Pie crust: 2 cups wheat flour 1/2 cup oat flour 1 cup unsalted butter, very cold cut into cubes 1 TSP salt 1 tbsp sugar 4-5 tbsp ice water Directions: In a food processor ( if you dont have one doing it by hand is also fine) add wheat flour, oat flour, salt and sugar and pulse 3-4 times. Now add a cube of butter one by one. Add one then pulse 2 times, add one more then pulse. Keep continuing this. Now slowly add ice water 1 tbsp at a time.(Do not add too much water). To see if the dough is ready pinch together some dough if it comes together means it's done. If it is falling apart add some more water.(there should be very small pieces of butter because that will make the crust more flaky and tasty and that is good). Now on a clean dry surface bring the dough together DO NOT over knead it. Now wrap the dough and keep it upto 1 hr or 2 days. Preheat oven. Now remove the dough from fridge and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Now roll the dough. If the flour is sticking, sprinkle a bit of flour on the surface and on top. Carefully place on a pie tin and trim the edges evenly. Pour the filling(recipe on the 5th slide) in the pie tin. Now roll out the left over dough and thinly cut into stripes. Now place the stripes on the pie in the pattern given in the 2nd post. Now put the pie in oven on 190° for 30 minutes. Or until the top is golden brown and pie filling boils. Remove from oven and let it cool for 15-20 minutes Serve.. ENJOY!!! #pie #pies #grapes #grapepie #pielover https://www.instagram.com/p/CNktiisgPAa/?igshid=xseqaor7dyiw
