This unique pasta recipe combines the tangy flavor of grapefruit with the floral notes of elderflower syrup, creating a refreshing and aromatic dish reminiscent of a mocktail. It's perfect for a light and flavorful meal.
Ingredients: 200g pasta of your choice. 1/2 cup grapefruit juice. 1/4 cup elderflower syrup. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good. Old flower syrup and grapefruit juice should be added. Let the flavors blend for two to three minutes. To make sure the pasta is evenly covered with the grapefruit-elderflower sauce, add it to the pan and toss it around. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot with fresh parsley on top.
