I would have been 11 at the time Revenge of the Sith came out. That was my first time I had seen the character; and while I knew ABOUT The Clone Wars cartoon show, I can't say I really had a chance of getting fully invested in it, so I missed out on A LOT, and I missed out on A LOT of General Grievous just coming in and kicking A LOT of ass on the show. 😅

I guess in hindsight, it's probably a good thing that I didn't see Grievous on the show first, otherwise I'd have been let down by the badass decay that he suffered from in the movie?

... Ehh, but I still feel very heavily drawn to the character. And like, Darth Maul was my favorite for a long time(Phantom Menace was my first introduction to Star Wars; saw that at theaters! The Pod Racing was awesome on the big screen!). But General Grievous kinda managed to overthrow him.

Even so, I still love Darth Maul. But I will definitely say: I did go out of my way of buying Battlefront II just on the basis that General Grievous was a playable character.

... And of course it was around that time too where they announced that there'd be no more live support for the game.

Ah well. I still get to play as Grievous. 😅

Stepping away from General Grievous real quick though: Man, Mohg! I love both of the omen twins; at first I was more partial toward Morgott than I was Mohg, but I gradually warmed up to Mohg. It wasn't until the DLC came that it finally pushed Mohg up to being the favorite of the twins?

I just want to give the poor guy a hug after all that he's been through. Like, even with the whole Blood Cult, whatever it entailed; Ansbach was 100% right when he said Mohg deserved better. And god, that line in the game hit SO incredibly hard because that is a sentiment that was shared in... Kind of a niche crowd of people. Hearing that actually said in the DLC itself held a certain catharsis to it. 😩

But man, is it such a hard pill to swallow for other peeps; and it really... Disappoints me just how long the discourse has gone on.

Now, Flight of Dragons?

I'm still unsure if I HAD seen that movie before when I was little; like it has that familiarity, but it could be due to the Rankin Bass artstyle?

But... It... There's this odd familiarity where there's a scene of the bad guy just kinda disintegrating on the spot; but then again there's probably a couple movies out there where the bad guy meets their end like that... The Ogre of Gormley Keep also seems familiar, but I'm just... Ahh! HAVE I seen this movie before at a time where I hadn't really built up my brain capacity for remembering things?? But anyway!

In some way I am disappointed that I discovered this movie as late I did; but I am kinda glad for it.

And heaven knowns; you've seen the selection of Blorbos I listed; Ommadon is like... An odd selection of some of those aforementioned characters; I described him as, like... Gothmog if he tried to cosplay as the Horned King. And he's incredibly Mohg shaped too; so the moment I saw the character, it was just kinda inevitable that I'd take an IMMEDIATE liking toward the character. 😅
