I tried to do a floordinate for the first time! I think I need to figure out a way how to get the full coord into the picture. I'm a big fan of close ups and details though!

KimoNovember Day 1: After years of not taking part, I figured I should put some effort into coordinating my closet, especially with all the new items in it that I recently acquired from a friend.
Today’s is an easy coord because I had forgotten to prepare in advance 😬 Both the kimono and obi are from my friend, accessories from my existing closet. The colour scheme is a nod to the old Immortal Geisha forums! This coord is 100% summer, which makes it very wearable in the tropics.

I will never be a sweet lolita, but I do have this pink dress that I received as a gift and my wardrobe is quite small, so I might as well put it to use. The dress is an OP, but I would like to pair it with a blouse because I think it feels incomplete without one. I need a coord for my next meet anyway. My comm plans on going somewhere very pink, so I’ll be dressed to match this time. I am noticing that vintage browns are an easy way to de-sweet a sweet dress.
Since shootings are not a great idea at the moment, i'd rather show of my new violet fane skirt like this!
