Missions That Changed The War: The Enola Gay. “The Enola Gay” – Few aerial combat missions have done more to change the face of any war than that of the most famous B-29 in history, the Enola Gay. On August 6, 1945, The Enola Gay dropped the first atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. By August 14, 1945 Japan had announced its surrender, effectively ending WWII. This two-episode DVD features the extended first-person account of Theodore “Dutch” Van Kirk, the navigator on the Enola Gay’s fateful mission. Dutch is the only member of the crew still living. Produced in 2011, this is a “must have” record of one of the most important events of the 20th Century.

This is an experimental short that deconstructs the suburbanization, consumerism and Cold War paranoia in the 1950's. The story is presented as a social guidance film that explains how to properly have dinner with the family, but the suppressed conformity of the family members begins to inject during their dinner. The film makes use of several royalty free social guidance films. It is a critique on the misconception of the American Dream that was present during the 50's culture.
It was edited and mixed on Final Cut Pro. All titles were created using the Final Cut title tool.
