6 months ago I made a really difficult decision and yesterday confirmed that I made the right one. Each individual in this cymbal line has grown and improved so much this week with such a high level of maturity that I forget that this is their first time playing cymbals. Their personalities are beginning to show as they perform and this picture shows that while they march/play with the same instrument, it's okay to throw in their own flare and personailty.
