So normally I wouldn't post this kind of thing unless it was important. One of my friends is trying really hard to get a scholarship for college and he needs upvotes on his post (in the link!). In order to do that you have to register but it takes like 2 seconds and it's for a good cause. Please do this!

My dream is to study mortuary science and embalming at Eastwick College to become a funeral director. The program is only two years long and the school is only 15 minutes away from home. Unfortunately, the only thing stopping me from living my dream is an extreme lack of money. My parents and I survive on just enough money to pay the bills and buy food. My parents and I all have two jobs and I’m trying to get a third job but we still don’t make enough money to save up. Sadly, I can’t get any financial aid, everything I study must be paid for from my own pocket. I’ve been applying for hundreds of scholarships and I was only able to acquire one $700 scholarship from a local resident of my town. My school wants $13,000 upfront. $700 is nothing compared to what I need. All in all, my entire college experience will cost about $40,000. Yeah, it’s not a lot compared to people going to 4-year colleges, but it’s way too much for my family and I. Today I found a website for scholarships in which one creates a profile and applies for scholarships. One can also be sponsored by others to increase their chances of winning the scholarships. Sponsoring someone doesn’t cost a thing, it’s free and quick. The more sponsors someone has, the better the chances are of them winning. I created my own profile and would be really grateful if you guys would support me. So please sponsor me. I just want to be able to have a career I love while also giving back to my community and having enough money to spare to feel safe, give my parents back everything they’ve ever given me, and donate to others in need.
