I have to say one of my only genuine pet peeves around Jason Blood is simply that no run that has him as a central character (his own runs and demon knights) has seemed to flesh out the knight back story.
Alan Grants interpretation has him as a druid up untill being bonded - which I like but he's still not a knight. Garth Ennis has him being a normal guy with a family. Demon knights had him being Merlins scribe (there may be more this is what I remember off the top of my head). Sure all are fine, but considering the fact that like 90% of comics outside of his runs will just call him a knight from the era, and depict him as such, I just think it would be nice if there's ever another run of The Demon or even a mini, if they explored Jason being a knight as his backstory maybe it's simple but it'd be nice and then actually line up with what every other writer says about him
