Your blog has special place in my heart, I love how you write Filli and all the LOTR characters that were part of my childhood. You gave them part of yourself, that made them unique from other autors. For that I thank you with my whole heart!

I just wanted to say that you are a human. You deserve breaks! You have also other things to do than Tumblr. (job, school, other hobbies, ..) And that is completely and utterly normal. If you don´t feel like writing or muse is being silent that is absolutely okay. I firmly believe that any form of art should be enjoyed. Not only as a consumer but also and that is I believe even more important as a creator.

So please, take your time, however much you need. Enjoy the process of creating, I would gladly wait 1000 years If it meant that you would write something while you truly put your heart into it and was happy.

I do apologise that this ask is little bit longer than I anticipated. But I needed to take it off my chest.

I'm okay, thank you for asking! I would be better if I was able to finish writing something for a change, but alas, one can't have it all I guess.

I'm currently working on my fics for the THAUC22 event, a modern Fili (possible multichapter) fic, WIM part 2, a gif drabble I forgot about (blame it on old age) and I spend a lot of time reading fanfics these days because it's always better than today's reality.

I can only imagine the looks on the dwarves faces if they had to watch my whole ordeal 😂 the whole crew would be done with me

Hey, you're already doing a lot better than me. Give me a plant - any plant - and I will manage to kill it within a ridiculously low number of days. Even cacti. Not enough water, too much, ... I will always manage to mess something up and then the plant will decide it's not worth the trouble and die.

The dwarves will laugh, no doubt about that, because they wouldn't understand your panic. It's just a plant right? But hobbits... oh boy, if Bilbo or Sam would see your plant, they would either panic with you or would immediately calm you because they had noticed the brown spot as soon as you got it and point out the new leaf to put you at ease.

Dwarves? Nah, they'd just tell you to buy a new one. No big deal.

To be honest I'm one of those people who loved school and learning new things and stuff, so this is hard. Except math. Hated math.

But in high school I loved Art History, we only had in one hour every week, but I loved it. The teacher was wonderful, she was also a city guide and certified museum guide so she could tell so many different anekdotes about the art work, I could've listened to her for hours.

In college I think - I had to think about which courses I had back then omg - my fave one was Education Psychology. Because it didn't make sense to me at all but I aced the exam.

21 wips sounds like a lot, but they're not all written out yet. Most of them are a doc with some outlines in it or little snippets of dialogue I want to use. More than half of them don't have a title yet, it's mostly like 'WIP - Fíli cottage barn story', 'WIP - Hookup', 'WIP-Fili soulmate au' etc but what I have on the wip shelf that can be posted in the next few months:

- Midamîn (Fíli x Tullaina) : Tulls is grieving the loss of her parents and Fili tries to comfort her

- When in Mirkwood part 1 (Fili x Tullaina) : post quest, Thorin sends Fili and Tullaina to Mirkwood to renegotiate the trading agreements. Fili and Tulls are still dancing around each other, even though they have kissed before (woops spoiler). Who knew it would be Thranduil himself that gave them the final push they needed?

- The Wedding Date (Fili x reader) : based on the headcanon @lathalea wrote me, that you can find here, I turned it into a fic. You need a plus one for a wedding and Fili decides to help you out. Fake dating kind of vibe, if you liked the movie with the same title, this is definitely something for you

- Vampire AU (Kili x reader) : it's Kili's first night out on his own without guidance from his uncle or brother and he has the (mis)fortune to pick you out as his first victim.

I also have Thranduil, Thorin, the company, Frodo, Elrond and Eomer in there too, as DAKT 2 and SLY part 3. So not many elves, but I do have some!

You shouldn't be worried about opinions that random people have on you, there just strangers on the internet and want to make someones day bad.
