Comeback for the one hundred time, hi EAH fandom.
I was thinking of King and Queen Charming again. Because I've seen post about them (this is more specifically a Queen Charming post)
Because I think they would be angry and maybe disappointed when their kids don't want to follow their destinies or don't got the destiny they wanted them to have but for different reasons.
King Charming would be angry really angry because it would show his family that he careful tried to make appear as perfect isn't perfect. Why did he marry a princess he didn't even like? She seemed perfect for what he wanted: perfection, a perfect family. But apparently, he chose wrong because everything was falling apart.
And I know that Queen Charming didn't want to marry KC, but it was what was expected of her so she did it. She married him, she gave him some kids, she did everything she needed to do to have the "perfect" life, to have children who'll follow their destinies. Then they didn't and she wasn't happy because why did they have a choice?? She didn't have a choice, no one asked her if she wanted this, but she did anyway because it was what was expected of her.
Why did they have a choice? There shouldn't be any other options but to follow your destiny, and despite how much she wish it weren't so and that she could be free, that she could have been with her lovely friend Maid Marian. It just couldn't be, it was against everything
And after she suffered, she suffered when she had to be married and when she found out that Marian had married. It hurt her when she had her children with her husband and then found out that Marian also had one little boy.
So it was unfair that her own children could just decide and not follow a pre-written destiny. Why they could have freedom, when she didn't have any? Very unfair, but she already knew that life is unfair but that doesn't make her feel better.
And I also think that they would be most disappointed of Daring, because they put everything they wanted him to be onto him and he failed, how do you fail in the only thing you had to do?
I think all of the Dragon Games' aftermath would hit harder to QC and Daring (obviously KC too, but I already talked about that). Because maybe at that point QC would know about rebels and know that two of her children (well idk, I don't know if Dexter is a rebel but let's say that for the good of the plot that he is) are in the let's choose side. And think that this didn't exist when she was young and a repeat of bad feelings and everything I've already said.
I keep eating to try and get bigger boobs but all im getting its this huge ass
