Goldfish Baked W/Whole Grain- Pretzels
This was an exceptionally fun mission to do with a small child! Thanks Crowdtap and Goldfish!
It encouraged me to get creative in a couple of ways....
First, I had to create a combo using my free sample of Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain- Pretzels variety and pair it with our favorite fruits or favorite vegetables. I chose to use vegetables because, well, let’s face it...they needed to be used. I also had a hankering for some hummus!
This is what I came up with
I decided to make a bright & colorful work of “art”, lol. I made a sun using carrots and Goldfish Mix Cheddar crackers, clouds using cucumber and Goldfish Colors Crackers (extras I had on hand) and a bell pepper canoe filled with hummus and my free sample of Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain- Pretzels. My husband and I ate the canoe and our little one cleared almost everything else. It was fun for the whole family!
Then I had to come up with a game and incorporate my free sample of Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain- Pretzels. I was coming up blank!
Side bar... While I was looking up some fun activities to do with numbers to add onto our homeschooling lesson (we’re learning about the number seven) I came across several different number charts. I decided to outline/create my own by hand. My hope is that numbers 1-6 will be review for our kiddo. That way we can really focus on the number 7 by the time we get to it (see photo below). I think next time I will make the lines in between each number darker.
This will be a wonderful activity that I plan on continuing during our breaks from school. I also plan on adding on each number, one at a time as we get to them. That way my kiddo will end up reviewing the numbers she knows and practicing and learning about the ones she may struggle with or that are new to her.
