⚠️ WARNING: LONG POST ALERT! ⚠️ • • Squat: 374 ⚪️⚪️⚪️ Bench: 303 ⚪️⚪️⚪️ Deadlift: 501 ⚪️⚪️⚪️ All PR's, coming in of a total of 1178 lbs. • • First Powerlifting Competition in the books! I had a great time, even with 4 hours of sleep. My goal was to have fun and go for a perfect 9/9 in all my lifts. (I did it!) I intended to take it easy and play it safe but the competitive side of me said to PR in all 3 lifts 😂 Thank God for the super adrenaline rush I had, it literally made my lifts easier than expected. Please excuse my unnecessarily loud yell when I Deadlifted, it was the last lift of the daysl and I had to make sure I got those 3 white lights. I am so happy that I made a lot of new friends this past weekend and a special thanks to the people who helped me and gave me advice along the way. Special shout out to my last minute coaches/motivators @timdumancas11 (aka @timmylifts) and @eddybakadi. You will definitely see me in more meets to come!
