I did have more base in this one. The pistachio is smooth and gentle. I think I actually like the taste of pistachio ice cream, just don’t like the nuts themselves. Marshmallow is very classic and gooey, but I didn’t have a lot of it and I didn’t get any cocoa from it—it looks and tastes like regular vanilla marshmallow. I had very little graham, enough to see but not enough to taste or feel. Dark chocolate is bitter and snappy and a little dry, but seems superfluous. I like the texture it provides but we don’t need double chocolate, and we could get the crunch from the graham if they had an appropriate amount. Brownies rich and fudgy, and provide more than enough chocolate experience—and better experience to boot—that we don’t need the chocolate chunks.
