Gol D. Sanji au where Sora was Roger’s daughter that no one but Roger’s crew, very close allies and judge knew about. Sora only told Sanji that she was Roger’s daughter and told him stories about the adventures she went on with them. Sanji’s childhood continues as canon up until the rock because Zeff recognises him as Sora’s son immediately and becomes extra protective of him since he believes that Sanji is the last of the Gol D. family since he doesn’t know about Ace. Sora was raised on the Jackson since her mom was out of the picture and was considered to be with Shanks and Buggy, so when Buggy pulls up to the Baratie he sees Sanji, and, since he’s a carbon copy of Sora, immediately recognises him and becomes like a helicopter parent but worse. Everything continues as canon up until Sabaody where Rayleigh pulls him aside and asks about his mother, to which Sanji says that she’s dead but refuses to say anything else.
Marineford happens as canon and Ace still dies, but Sanji is extra distraught since he learns that Ace was his uncle and is now dead. Sometime after the timeskip, sometime after Egghead, Sanji is kidnapped by the marines and is set to be executed since they found out that he’s Roger’s grandson. The announcement and lead up to the execution would play out like Warlord!Sanji except it’s everyone who knew Sora (Buggy, Shanks, Rayleigh, etc.) who shows up along with the Strawhat grand fleet and all other allies.
They manage to save Sanji with minor casualties but Sanji does lose an arm. I don’t imagine that there’d be any romance in this au, mostly just a lot of people being very protective of Sanji in a familial way but you’re welcome to change that!
Hey thanks, my heart is breaking. And I just wrapped up the other Gol!Sora. Horrifying. We're all freaks for pain here. Also just imagine, because Rayleigh is also blond, a Silvers!Sora. This hurts so much and is so long.
Anyway just Roger meeting Rayleigh and them setting off with Roger's precious little girl and gaining crew and steam and notoriety. She is adored and when her brothers come along they're all adored. She takes to sharp shooting. Sora and her rifle are to be feared.
I know you said you don't imagine any romance here but just for fun imagine Marco and Sora growing up with rival captains but being absolutely smitten with each other to their adults dismay. Constantly saying as they grow up if they don't get blessings they'll just run off and start their own crew. Roger genuinely wanting to kill White Beard sometimes for his son. White Beard wanting to do the same for Roger's daughter. Buggy, Shanks, Thatch and them all find this rather hilarious.
Then before Roger's execution, before he turns himself in, she's stolen away without a trace. Rayleigh and them cannot find her and Buggy and Shanks are distraught they're older sister is gone and it's rocking the pirate world Roger's daughter has disappeared without so much as a note. No ransom, no struggle.
Just gone. No one knows anything. Linlin would have made it obvious, as would have Newgate and Marco is clearly also distraught she's gone. There's nothing from Wano, hell even Garp doesn't know anything. The Vice Admiral looks genuinely confused why Roger and Rayleigh are asking him until he hears how she just vanished.
Then Roger goes to his execution, the crew disbands. Buggy and Shanks go their separate ways. Sora tells stories to her daughter. Hidden away in some wing of a North Blue kingdom. No one knows she's there, the man made sure of it. Her weapons stripped of her, stuck in medical ward of seastone doors and barred windows. She still drinks the poison to try to save her boys. Only saving the one.
Sora tells Sanji stories of the Grand Line, never making it to Laughtale to watch over her younger brothers, of Roger and Rayleigh and the crew. The rivals and Marco and the joy and freedom she had. Sanji looks at her with pure wonder in his eyes and soul. Then she dies. Then he's locked away. Then freed and stranded on a rock.
Zeff looks at him like he's a ghost, even well after their salvation from the rock. Then there's another man who does. Sanji recognizes him from the stories. Buggy immediately latches to him like a leech almost. Sanji kind of just accepts his fate. Being the last of the Gol D. line is a hell of a problem. He grows up, hiding every part of himself from those who don't know. He has a fantastic facade, just like his uncle. No one knows. As far as the world is concerned the Gol lineage is gone.
Canon happens, Sanji sets off with Luffy, sees Crocus who looks at him and Sanji knows about him, but if he's here, just like Buggy in the East Blue, it's better for the nod of acknowledgement before they're off again. He still breaks his back on Drum, meets Ace on the way to Alabasta, throws Crocodile for several loops. Canon stuff. Then on Sabaody, after he's done looking over Luffy, Rayleigh looks at Sanji and hides his reaction well enough that no one catches the hitch in his breath. At the bar Rayleigh steps outside with Sanji, no one follows them thanks to Shakky and Rayleigh just pulls the blond to him and holds him tight and Sanji holds on back.
"Sora, where is she?" Rayleigh asks after a moment, pulling from Sanji just to look at his face better.
"She died, thirteen years ago." Sanji answers. Rayleigh nods and pulls the kid back in for one last hug.
"She was as much my daughter as she was Roger's. You're my grandson just as his." Rayleigh says softly and Sanji nods before they go back in. Then they're scattered off Sabaody by Kuma. Ace dies in front of Luffy, protecting Luffy. Sanji is having a panic attack over the paper on Kamabakka. Sanji knows realistically he's not alone, he has Rayleigh and Buggy and Zeff, but he's the last again. If anyone finds out, it'll be worse. Because of Judge, because of Sora and Roger and Ace. Sins of the blood.
When the crew is back together Sanji acts as if nothing has changed, though Rayleigh seems to be letting a breath he was holding out at the sight of him. Then Luffy comes back and all hell breaks loose. But Sanji waves goodbye to his grandpa, and Rayleigh watches with Shakky as they depart, satisfied smiles on their faces. Shakky can notice the relief in her husband, knows the man wishes for more answers he won't get. She kisses his cheek and leaves him to watch the horizon.
Canon continues, no one notices anything until Zou when Cat Viper looks at him and laughs after they save the minks.
"Anyone ever tell you you look like Roger's daughter?" The mink grins at him.
"Roger had a daughter?" Nami asks with confusion making the mink laugh.
"A real gem of a pirate. She and Marco were besotted with each other, she was Shanks and Buggy's older sister, hell of a sharp shooter too!" Cat Viper smiles widely before frowning. "She disappeared shortly before Roger's execution. I don't think any of us ever recovered from her loss."
"I'm sorry for your loss." Sanji says before leaving the hut to feed the others. Then he goes with the Bege and Caeser. Thinking he could save his crew. WCI has the Charlotte family is fairly positive that the kids Judge presents are the children of Sora. Especially after they see Sanji. Judge disagrees, they are not Gol children. No one would have been foolish enough to kidnap her, those who knew of her at least.
During the escape Judge promises Sanji it's not over and Sanji's gut sinks like a stone. Nami and Luffy only hear about when he's snubbing Sanji's good traits as failures. His brothers and Reiju are mutated enough that even if it came out who their mother was nothing would happen to them. Sanji's pretty sure after this they won't come for him again.
In Wano, after the raid and the pact Nami and Brook ask Marco about Sora while Cat Viper points Sanji out to Dogstorm about the similarities. Marco looks genuinely taken aback they know about Sora and how much Sanji fucking looks like her.
"I never moved on if that's what you're asking." Marco frowns. "And after Ace, I think the government got what it wanted."
"Cat Viper said she just vanished, but there's hardly any record of her at all." Nami pushes and Marco stares.
"Buggy also convinced the world he died when he didn't so take what you see with a grain of salt, kid." Marco says before he leaves to catch a ride on the Red Force, asking Shanks if he knows of anything the cook of the Strawhats. He doesn't know but he remembers the first time he saw the kid's photo, how much it looked like his big sister. Marco nods before he goes back home to settle into retirement. Sanji settles into the lies easily, he's used to it after all.
Then after everything on Egghead, rescuing Bonney and kicking the elder and fighting Borsalino, it happens almost the same way it did to his mom. Sanji wakes to sea stone cuffs and chains, a sea stone cell and top Navy personnel looking at him like he's a rabid dog. Maybe he is with the way he thrashes. Then he hears discussion of his pending execution and he stills.
Judge really had sold him out as Sora's only human child this was punishment. Sanji swallows at his pending mortality. With no way to get a message out he was fucked. The Strawhats are looking desperately for their cook, the fleet they had amassed coming together to search when a video like Vegapunk's plays across the world. A news broadcast, a photo of a beaten Sanji, chained to the wall by his wrists and ankles and an announcement of the capture of Gol D. Sora's only living child and his pending execution. He wonders if this is how Ace felt.
Sanji tries to keep an eye on the battle but it quickly becomes a blur of spectacular powers clashing. It's spectacular and horrifying and Sanji yells for them to leave. There's shouts back, but he can't understand them over the sounds of the war. Then he's almost all alone on the platform as the higher ranks join into the battle in front of him. Then Buggy is there with Galdino just like at the Summit War and they're pulling Sanji along for escape.
It feels like a dream, his grandfather's crew and his captain and his crewmates coming to save him, his uncles and theirs. He's running and fighting as theirs shouts about getting him to a ship. Any ship. Just get him away. Just like at Marineford, Akainu is looking at Luffy in anger. Sanji remembers the scar and sees the punch and he can't stop himself just like Ace.
Maybe it's a Gol thing.
He shoves Luffy out of the way and there's pain. Burning, searing pain shooting up into his right shoulder that steals his breath in his shoulder as Luffy stares at him. Eyes wide then narrowing in pure wrath as he looks at the fleet admiral. Marco's in front of him suddenly with Robin as Shanks and Rayleigh rush past and Sanji looks.
Oh, Usopp is holding his arm.
Wait.
Usopp has his arm? He's like ten feet away. Sanji looks back at Marco as Hongo yells to get him to the Red Force and then they're hauling ass again. Sanji is getting kind of dizzy and Crocus is waiting for him. Sanji looks at him, having not seen him since they made it into the Grand Line and he looks properly horrified at the state of them. Sanji is rushed into the infirmary and maybe the shock finally hits, maybe there's a wave of Conquerors haki to lay him out, maybe it's blood loss, all he knows is that he blacks out.
He wakes up seas know how long later. Luffy is asleep on his legs, Sanji moves to pet his hair when he realizes his dominant hand is gone. Right. Usopp had it. Clearly he's going to need to relearn somethings as he pets Luffy with his left. It makes his captain blink and sit up and start yelling at him but honestly Sanji isn't listening. They both lived. Sanji just gives Luffy a tired smile because he's pretty doped up, understandably as others come in. Buggy looking the most upset while Rayleigh looks annoyed, Shanks follows with the some others while just having relief on his face.
"You all are the same." Buggy says with a glare. "I already called Zeff for you."
"Mm, thanks." Sanji mumbles while Rayleigh sighs and rubs his face and Shanks looks at his younger brother.
"So we owe Zeff but also need to take Germa out?" Shanks grins.
"Oh yeah, a lot. Since he didn't out me or Sanji." Buggy nods. "You got a place for the other kids though?" He asks and Beck's call of 'No!' from deck makes Shanks glare back through the door.
"I told you not to do that again." Luffy says to Sanji who blinks at him, still tired. So the cook just pats his head again.
"Get some rest, kid. You got a lot of people eager to meet ya." Rayleigh says. Sanji nods and even Luffy is pulled out of the room too to let the blond sleep and heal.
When Sanji finally comes on deck a few days later, there's loads of smiles and cheers and soft touches welcoming him back. There's a photo of Shanks and Sanji with stumps on display while Luffy yells at them. Buggy and Chopper harping on the cook while Rayleigh keeps planting kisses on Sanji's hair like he used to do to Sora. Sanji tells Marco his mom never moved on from him either and gets his hair ruffled and a sad smile from the Zoan. Franky shows him some plans for prosthetics and Sanji just asks for something with moving fingers and super plain. Franky calls him lame.
Still, he's alive and when there's news of the former Roger pirates and their brats raiding Germa, Sanji laughs. Even as Luffy parks himself under what's left of his right arm and wraps rubber limbs around him while he smokes at the Sunny's railing.

What about a Gol D. Sora au? Sora was Rodger’s younger sister who got kidnapped by Germa and gave up trying to escape once she heard of Roger’s execution. Sanji was told all of this by his mother and the only reason he didn’t become Gol D. Sanji was because he would’ve been killed immediately. He meets Ace on Alabasta like in canon but once they’re alone tells him that he’s his cousin and the last two living Gol D. Family members. They bond over this and maybe Sanji comes to help rescue Ace.
I feel these two are siblings you can only tell because they have the same smile and laugh. They look so fucking different but they have the energy of Joyboy and freedom. Also Roger loves carrying his smaller sister around. They're from Loguetown, and it's well known that's where the Gol D. family is from. Roger sets off for the Grand Line just like Ace did with the whole of his friends and family waving him off. Sora is just like Luffy, left behind for her turn for her adventure when she comes of age.
They keep in contact though. That's Roger's baby sister! Raleigh hears all about this girl, so does the crew as they join. Ace talking about Luffy comes from his dad! They gotta talk about their pride and joys! I'd like to also think people think she's Rayleigh's sister until they see the siblings smile and Rayleigh has a new fear unlocked. Especially when she's yelling at Roger over the denden for all the shit in God Valley and now he has a baby? She knows he's dumb but holy shit!
And likely because she knows she's hunted for a good while before being sold off to Germa. Shanks and Buggy are hearing stories from Roger about the aunt theyre going to meet after she has Reiju. Some state meeting Germa has and Sora has managed to coordinate. Roger is dying, Sora is not exactly long for the world either.
However everyone is insisting the siblings aren't related, save for Buggy and Rayleigh. The Vice has met her once or twice, Buggy sees how they smile the same when they hugged, the bundled baby princess is unnervingly quiet. The crew understands inherently. To leave is to die, for her and her child. Judge wouldn't hesitate to do away with them either.
Roger is executed shortly after. Reiju watches her mother sob with grief and tell her stories. Then she's pregnant again and dying from poison. It's just as painful as her brother's illness, the small girl thinks. At least she had one human, Sanji. Then he dies after she does. Reiju notices a strange guard that isn't a clone. He has red hair and eyes and scars over one of them. He holds his index finger to his lips as if it's a secret. Must be one of the brats from her dead uncle's crew. She stares at him with too big eyes and then walks away. Then she finds Sanji in the dungeon long after the stranger is gone. Whispering the stories her mother told them.
Sanji will tell himself the stories his mother told him. About Roger and growing up and the will of Joyboy. He tries not to think about how the will of D skipped him. He's too much of a crybaby to have it. Sanji is trapped, thinking of his mother and uncle and the All Blue because what else can he do? He'd rather drift away in fantastical stories than remember his brother's boots and hands. Then Reiju and Judge let him go. Sanji keeps his head down, a dead prince and a child of the Gol lineage would spell his death faster than anything. Then his job is attacked and he falls into the sea.
He wakes up on a rock with the pirate who attacked him. He's left with the food. It goes and canon, Zeff eats his leg, they're saved. Sanji keeps his head down. One day they're walking around Longue town, there's a plaque, a photo of Roger and one of Sora. Their histories, condemning Roger and singing Vinsmoke Judge the praises for erasing the Gol line with his genetic engineering. Zeff notices the boy staring at it, notices how much he looks like the woman. Sanji seems to be angry but catches up with Zeff before he can ask. He still does later, at the inn they're staying at. Sanji blinks at him, Zeff can see something in the kid's eye before Sanji mutters he's tired and goes to bed.
The first time Buggy sees Sanji, Zeff catches the brat's stumble when he sees the Eggplant. Sanji doesn't react, just keeps waiting tables. Zeff remembers Roger well, his brats and crew and sister were all he talked of.
"He got caught up at the plaque in Logue Town." He tells the blue haired man. Buggy nods and tries to get Sanji away for a break to talk, tell stories. Sanji avoids him the first few attempts until the geezer kicks him off to go. Buggy even found photos of Roger and Sora, one of Sora and Sanji, of the Roger pirates and Sora. Sanji tells the elder about how his mom, how she used to smile and say one day he could take the name back. Be Gol D. Sanji and be free. Buggy agrees wholeheartedly, if the kid is anything like his family, he'll rock the world in one way or another.
Sanji keeps growing, keeps the photos Buggy gave him hidden. Then some rubber guy crashed into Zeff's room and Mihawk slices a guy on deck. The guy's navigator is part of Arlongs crew and Sanji feels exhausted. Sure, he might be a D too, but this one is exceptionally dumb. Then Sanji saves him after he beats Krieg and now he's sailing with him. Then they beat Arlong and are back in Logue Town.
This time it's Usopp who catches him staring.
"Huh, if I didn't know any better I'd say you two are related." Usopp hums as messes with his new goggles.
"Yeah, I don't think a man who worked with Vegapunk and the government would let something escape from him." Sanji agrees before walking away. Usopp chases after him after double checking the plaque and not seeing that information. Turns out it's common knowledge when he asks a couple other people. Still, Usopp thinks it runs deeper than that based on how Sanji was staring. Then after they meet Laboon, get Vivi and Chopper and a back surgery for Sanji and life saving medicine for Nami; Ace is on deck. Traveling with them for a while until they make it to Alabasta.
Sanji knows who his parents are, Ace doesn't know Sanji's. It's clear when they're alone and Ace is flirting with him.
"We're related." Sanji pans at him to Ace's confusion. "My mother was Gol D. Sora." That makes Ace freeze before realizing why Sanji told him. They're not alone anymore, neither is the last of the family. Even if Ace hates his blood father, he does look at the photos Sanji has, listens to the stories. They're pretty inseparable after that, everyone thinks they're dating. Luffy tilts his head at them though, they're acting weird until Ace's gone.
Sanji doesn't answer Luffy's questions about it. Him knowing about Ace is one thing. Knowing about Sanji could be a death sentence for them all. Sanji doesn't really ever think he could live with himself if they died for him. He gets looks sometimes, from Aoikiji and Cipher Pol, Kuma. He tries not to think about it.
On Sabaody Rayleigh is looking at Sanji like he's a ghost, Shakky is a bit as well. Robin is moving as if to protect Sanji from them. None of them know, Sanji's mentioned off handedly being born in the North. The older pirates recover and it gets a lot lighter until they're separated. Sanji is dead set on making it Marineford and screaming at the Okama who take him. He makes it, White Beard looks at the blond and nods like he did to Luffy.
Ace is screaming at them with Garp. The war is raging and Sanji sees Buggy who is staring back before going to get Ace with that weird wax guy. Luffy thinks Sanji's being really fucking weird again. Especially as their all making the run for it and Sanji is glaring at Ace to not get involved again. Then Sakazuki is coming after Luffy 'cause of his dad and now they're all involved again fighting against the fucking admiral and now Shanks is there.
Also at some point as the adrenaline is dying down they've all been hit with magma which is wild. It hurts. Marco and Buggy are in front of them getting them carted off to safety for treatment. Oh, Sanji's arms are burned. Huh.
There's that tattooed weirdo from Sabaody treating Ace and Luffy with Marco and Sanji is looking at Buggy who is probably realizing Sanji's going into shock. Jimbe is also there, he was helping Luffy. He's also talking to Buggy and Sanji just drifts off like he would in his cell.
He comes to in a fucking tent somewhere. Buggy is arguing with Luffy, Ace is trying to convince Marco to let him sit up and Shanks is looking at him with his one hand on his sword and a palpable relief when Sanji makes eye contact with him.
"This is the shittiest family reunion I can think of." Buggy says as soon as Jimbe and Law leave. Marco chokes on a laugh while Ace and Luffy move to argue.
"At least none of the kids died." Shanks adds. "I don't think any of 'em on the Dutchman would be too kind otherwise."
"Rayleigh's not here or there though." Sanji mutters and a disembodied hand pats his head.
"I do not envy any of you." Marco grins at them. "Sorry, Roger's brats, his actual kid, his nephew, and Dragon's kid is the chosen brother too? Fuck that."
"That's rich coming from you." Buggy pans and Marco nods still grinning.
"We have to call Zeff too." Sanji looks at the clown who then groans making Marco absolutely lose it.
"Shittiest family reunion in the fucking world." Buggy growls.
Gol D. Sanji and Sora au has my brain in an absolute chokehold right now, so I propose that some Grand Line Fuckery™ happens and Sanji is sent to the Jackson like in Clown!Sanji, but it’s right after Sora gets kidnapped so they are extra distraught because who is this kid that looks exactly like my missing daughter??? WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT YOUR HER SON AND MY GRANDSON/NEPHEW FROM THE FUTURE???
Knocking this out real quick, cuz it's sad and easy.
This would be so wild to happen after his failed execution too. Like just this one arm blond guy showing up in like slacks and a dress shirt on the pro Jackson looking like Sora, who would be around his age so maybe the confusion is just Sora went to person with the horm horm fruit only it's not Sora, it's her son.
Roger is saying that he's not old enough to be a grandpa yet as Rayleigh and the others look properly horrified that this guy was in a fight and got hit by a devil fruit to be there. Shanks and Buggy asking how the guy fights only to hear with his feet and just Crocus looks exhausted.
Sanji now just has to wait for his crew to come get him, or Shanks or Buggy from the future. He's wondering if he could tell his grandpa and uncles about Germa and just derail everything for Judge and if that means there would be a separate timeline where he gets to be raised with the people his mother loves and have both arms. Sanji does pan at his grandfather and Crocus to go to Drum Island and get some actual treatment. It's quite a sight for a nine foot tall man to bend over in exasperation while Rayleigh immediately starts plotting course. Sanji looks at the crew and just lets himself enjoy it.
He didn't get this until his execution, so he's going to let himself have it.
Shanks and Buggy and everyone ask about being uncles and Sanji realizes his mistake because he only grew up with Buggy and Zeff and was a dead prince for most of his life. The crew immediately notices his hesitation and Roger and Rayleigh take him for a private conversation. The Captain get their questions answered, they promise their grandbaby they won't do anything until he's gone, back in his right time with his crew and such.
They know where Sora is now though, and they'll head that way after they get Roger his treatment. Rayleigh is glaring at him and threatening to call their women. Rouge and Shakky will punish them in their own ways and that's not that fun. Well it could be. We can get in to those dynamics later ANYWAY maybe it's been like two weeks since the execution and Rayleigh hasn't even left the Sunny yet whe n Sanji is from and Crocus is checking on the wound while Sanji talks about it just so lackadaisically that it makes the doctor worry and he deals with Roger. Sanji mentions his doctor basically has two rogers and then a rayleigh and Crocus prays. It's healing up well though! It's fine!
Sanji gets to laugh and engage in antics with his family he never got to know. Running around with his uncles and grand fathers and laughing, falling asleep on deck with Shanks and Buggy like they should have been able to while he grew up. Roger picking them all up so easily to put them in their hammocks so they can all rest.
Maybe Zoro has to come get him, and Rayleigh is looking at the way Sanji is yelling at the green haired kid and then fighting two weeks after he lost his arm apparently and is just rubbing his face. Like Zoro showed up, yelled at Sanji, and they started fighting but now the entire Roger crew is surrounding Zoro while Sanji fucking loses it at his face. Zoro found out when the crew did!
"First you lose an arm at your execution then wind up two and half decades in the past!" Zoro shouts past them to the cook.
"You're the idiot who showed up, saw everyone here and still tried to fight me!" Sanji cackles. Zoro growls and once everything is settled, last hugs and kisses placed on Sanji's hair while Zoro watches with an almost invisible smile then they're back on Sunny. Immediately Rayleigh and Nami inspecting them and Sanji is saying he's alright and Zoro agrees being on the Oro was the safest place for the cook thirty yearsish ago. Rayleigh just laughs while Nami and Usopp stare into the middle distance with long sighs.
Alternate timeline wise Roger goes and gets treatment and goes to get his daughter back from Germa. Ace still comes along at some point but suddenly Germa is sank and Sora is clinging to her fathers sobbing while her brothers look at the five children, four of them babies, and just heading straight back to the line so she can get treatment and they can find a place for them to settle down, half retire with their partners.
White Beard and them get a call they've found the girl, no one believes it. Sure the Roger pirates went and sank a North Blue kingdom, but what does that have to do with their missing girl? Only to arrive where they've agreed to meet. Sora waving and Marco flying forward while there's a gaggle of children at her feet while White Beard looks at Roger and Rayleigh, Shakky, Rouge and baby Ace. Roger finally giving a blessing for marriage. White Beard is looking at his son, smitten with the woman and the kids and gives his own.
It makes the kids and crews form a weirder conglomeration of family and allies. Love and adoration without tests or medical trauma. Sanji and his siblings and Ace definitely exist to create problems for the government, especially after Ace says he has two younger brothers in the East Blue, where Roger and Rouge have settled for the most part. Sora and Marco watching the pure chaos the younger kids enact while Buggy and Shanks gather power and information. It's good though, great even. But it's not something Sanji, or Rayleigh, or Marco get to experience after Sanji and Zoro return. But they hope, at least, that at least those other versions of them get that happiness.

No it's so funny and fucked up and true though. But I do think, along the lines of Kuma, if Judge could have made the bloodline useful - they would use it. Any failings, however, would be a great cost to Judge and Germa and whatever he fucked up: like Sanji!
Also Judge is a fucking idiot, we know this, Rayleigh and Shanks and Buggy also probably know this. Like if they had known, even after the execution, they would have gone to sink Germa first. But after Sanji's failed execution, if they don't beat Shanks and Rayleigh going to get the rest of the kids, Germa is done for.
So if Sanji escapes, they will be going after him, whether or not the pirates get to him before hand is not of their concern. If anything it'd be a lot easier for whoever to sink the kingdom instead of them. But if they are deemed unworthy, rather die than admit fault, no matter how much it hurts they will put down Sora's children. It'd probably be more merciful for Shanks and Rayleigh to do it than the government anyway.
I think it'd be really funny for Germa to fall because of his hubris though, don't get me wrong. But one of the uncles or grandfatherly figures going to take the siblings and turning Judge in or just letting the sailing kingdom be buster called. It feels a little too easy. But maybe Scopper or Crocus or Rayleigh can teach humanity to the kids, or maybe they've been lying because they saw what happened to Sanji. Either way, the lineage lives on.
