Believe with all your heart and soul have he'll never fail you!

The other day, Patrick was working in the yard and there was a guy hanging outside the fence facing the street. He was screaming and going through some kind of episode. Patrick warmed up his truck (sometimes it takes a lot of warming up depending on the weather). A few minutes later, the guy was standing right outside the gate in total silence. Patrick asked him if he could help him, and the guy (in a total sober state) said that he was listening to the rumble of the truck. He found a few moments of peace in the rumbling of the truck, taking him back to his younger days. I like to call these moments #GodWinks, God working through moments of unexpected pieces of joy. Moments like these remind me that we are where we're at for a purpose! #sunrisesky I saw that my life was a vast glowing empty page, and I could do anything I wanted. ~ Jack Kerouac 🌅 Signs, signs, everywhere signs… It seems that I have traded in my flying wings for rubber tires, and that’s ok! As I look into my rear view mirror these days, I am quickly guided by the pure majesty of nature and Gods Grace to shift my focus and look ahead, look ahead! Yesterday I traveled to @namasteyogairmo to lead a full day of yoga trainings for an amazing community of humans! They showed up in full force and packed the room for 7 Hours of Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release and Nidra. We learned, laughed, shared, cried and inspired one another not only inside the classroom, but outside as well. After the training had finished, one student took me aside and shared her incredible story. It was one about starting something late in life (46) and while experiencing great loss and hurt along the way, eventually became the womens world champion water skier in her age division at 55! Now in her 70’s she is finally allowing herself to slow down, and as she put it, just “BE.” She is now able to acknowledge her accomplishments and challenges from a place of gratitude and love, and to move forward without regret. She is choosing her own health and happiness over the need to please others, and for the mere sake of accomplishment, and competing. She was humble, but also completely lit up and on fire as she spoke. Her energy and joy was contagious, as I stood listening with goosebumps. I knew somehow that in this moment I was the student. Thank you!
