What's your favorite merthur scene in each season?
Season 1: Arthur and Merlin with Anhora debating who is gonna die. Merlin then falls for the oldest trick in the book when Arthur uses it to distact him so he can be the one poisioned. The frantic argueing with Arthur in his prat banter mode but it's super endearing because hes using it while about to FREAKING DRINK POISION. And it ends with: "You know me, I never listen to you" *Drinks poison so Merlin does not have to*
Season 2: In the troll episodes Merlin is under Arthur's bed like "Arthur" And Arthur jumps out of the bed drawing his sword "Who's there," Merlin pushes himself out from under the bed partly. "Merlin!" Arthur sighs in relief, then says, "You're back." "I never left" "You mean to say." "Yes" "You've been under there this entire time?" "No of course not no!" "Because if you were..." "I wasn't!" *Classic Merlin head tilt*
Season 3: The one where they are in the Perilous Lands. Arthur is being pratty. Gwaine rolls his eyes and then looks at Merlin, expecting him to feel the same, instead, Merlin has THE MOST love-stuck, adorable, silly smile on his face. And you can SEE the Merthur lightbulb go off in Gwaine's head.
Season 4: When Merlin is injured after the Doracha and still begs Arthur to take him with him. That entire scene. Season 5 "I don't want you to change I want you to always be you" Need I say more?
