My heart was weighted with emotion as I opened the Word to see God's direct affirmation... He loves you regardless of your looks, personality, size, style, abundance, lack, tack or none, raised hands or not, voice, guilt, shame...He loves you and accepts you as you are. Come to Him. I Peter 1 says to live different than the world and James 1 says count it all joy...we are not to please the world, people, things or even our environment but instead only our God. Pray, read God's Word, ask Him to show you where in your life changes need to be made, once He reveals these to you, seek godly advice if needed on making those changes in your life. God's Word is very clear on godly character to godly living. Then do it. God may need you just the way you are. “Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people?
