I stopped believing somewhere between 2018 and the pandemic. I think a lot of us did.

Nobody announced it. We just… drifted. Into algorithms, into anxiety, into the exhausting performance of being fine.

But 2026 data is showing something strange and beautiful: people are returning. Not to religion — to meaning. To the sacred. To something bigger than the feed.

Maybe losing faith wasn't the end of the story. Maybe it was the middle.
