i throw in frozen strawberries, oats, brown sugar, water and a splash of milk and then add vanilla, a little honey/syrup and a pinch of salt at the end :)

這叫一人份！
無論是今年還是去年在非洲各國旅行，我都深深地體會到一件事：他們食量超大啊！
索馬利蘭的點餐習慣是，叫一份主食，飯或麵，然後再點配菜，配菜都是用盤子盛裝的。我覺得來這吃飯，如果是一個人就改外帶吧。對一個亞洲女生而言，這等份量多到可以分一天三餐吃完耶。
索馬利蘭跟衣索比亞的米都屬長米，味道不如台灣米香，口感像是浸泡在湯裡三分鐘的飯。
這裡人的肉類選擇多為羊肉和駱駝肉，當地朋友說這兩種較便宜，另外價位高一點的是雞、魚和牛肉。老實說我在索馬利蘭看不到一點綠草，連樹都只有少少幾顆，真懷疑它們的羊是吃垃圾還是沙來填飽肚子。
在這吃飯還得注意的就是衛生問題，我前天吃到不乾淨的食物導致自己半夜起床拉肚子拉到虛脫。餐廳餐桌上的水是開水龍頭裝的，看別人喝的很開心，但我的旅行還有兩個月，為了要保持健康的身體，走長遠的路，就算覺得很對不起地球，我還是買瓶裝水來喝吧。
