Remixtale CYW PT-2: Follow Her
You had decided to follow her. Treble gently grabs your tiny human hand into her brown and white paw. You told her she had beautiful fur colors âwell thank you, younglingâŚI barely hear any compliment like that too oftenâ she added, guiding you back to her house.
        Once you had gotten there, she went inside and to the kitchen after telling you to sit on a big, beaten-up-like chair. When Treble came back she got on her knees ânow, where does it hurt, sweetie?â she asked you. You rolled up your sleeves, revealing some bruises and cuts, while on your legs were minor scratches that only needed healing. She hummed softly as she started caring for your cuts and bruises, you smiled softly and thought a bit to yourself as you listened in.
        She finished within minutes and got back up to put the kit away. You took this time to look around and adjust to your new homeâŚeven if you did like it here, you know you had to escapeâŚyou didnât want to leave your new caring goat mother butâŚ
 You wanted to be back home. YOUR HOME!
         You soon asked Treble, once she had returned, if there was a way out. Trebleâs expression went from a peaceful stateâŚto a look of fear âyouâŚ.you want to leaveâŚ? She asked. You nodded, confirming what your question was. She averted her eyes and started to head for the stairs behind you âpleaseâŚget some rest dearâŚâ was the last thing she said before she went downstairs, disappearing from your sights.
        You didnât go to bed, as your curiosity had taken ahold of you. You stare down at the bottom before taking a few steps down. The farther you had lowered yourself to the basement of Trebleâs nice house, you started asking yourself questions.
Why am I doing thisâŚ? I need to get home butâŚTreble took so much good care of meâŚsheâs too sweet to leave..
        You shook off the thoughts and continued your way down, despite Trebles often warnings to get back upstairs, you kept going. Once you had come to a stop, as well as she, and looked up âdearest younglingâŚif you ever so wish to proceed, I cannot stop youâ she spoke. You sighed in relief, thinking you didnât have to shatter this poor womanâs heartâŚuntil she spoke once more âbut prove to me you will survive!â which startled you.
        After a while of having to fight her, she eventually, and purposely, avoided attacking you. The more and more you spared the goat woman, the more she gave in. Once she did give in, she sighed and fell to her knees âoh, I am quite the fool arenât iâŚ?â she askedâŚherself? âI canât try to protect one single fallen youngling in this worldâŚthey come, they goâŚonly few have ever returned to meâŚâ she looks down âlittle younglingâŚ.please promise me youâll stay safeâŚâ she looked up at you with a glimmer of hope in her eyes, you frown and started tearing up.
You nod hastily to her promise and hugged her tightly. You apologized to her repeatedly, saying you didnât want to do this, but you REALLY wanted to get back to your own home. She hugged back and understood how you felt. She wouldnât want to keep you trapped down here, what kind of a mother would she have been then, if not?
She stood up, taking one last look at you before heading back upstairs. You watched her leave as you wipe some tears from your face. You turned back to a giant door before pushing it open, and walking through it, blinded by the new light that kind of gave your eyes a small burning sensation.
