Cauli Popcorn (From I Quit Sugar: Simpilicious) - Makes 2 cups

Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp paprika or ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the oil, spices, and salt in a large bowl. Toss in the cauliflower and coat well. Transfer to a baking tray and bake, tossing once, for 30 minutes or until golden brown and popcorny.
Note: Make Cheesy Cauli Popcorn, add 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast or grated parmesan and omit the cinnamon
