Glorie was wrapped up in Maloi’s arms. He was kissing her cheek and nuzzling their noses together affectionately. Her face was heating up in a blush.

But then the shooting pain started back up. It started as an annoying throb but got worse and worse until she was whimpering with tears with her face buried into his neck.

“What is it?” Maloi asked. “Is it your legs?” She nodded against his neck and he gently kissed her temple. “Lie down. I’ll give you a massage. Let me grab that lotion you’ve been using.”

However, she hadn’t told him that the lotion had ceased to work. That yes, the pain wasn’t as bad but it was certainly still there.

But she couldn’t say no to a massage. After all, she loved when his hands would explore her body... every inch, his burning skin against her cool skin. He would always comment how smooth she was and massages would turn to kisses along her back, which would turn into fun times. She couldn’t deny... she was beginning to think she was falling for him.

And the worst part of all was that her people wouldn’t accept him. If they saw how he was with her, they would change their minds...

She shook the thoughts out of her head while he reentered the room with a bottle in hand. He had already squirted a little of the lotion into his free hand and now tossed the bottle on the bed and straddled her back, facing her legs.

“I’ll start by putting the lotion on your legs. Then by the time I’m done with this massage, your legs should be feeling the effects.” She couldn’t bring herself to argue so she only tightly closed her eyes against the tears of pain. Just make it stop... please...
