TODAY'S FACT IS
Did you know that Glomeris Marginata is a species of pill millipede commonly found in Western Europe? They are often confused for terrestrial isopods, especially when balled up. These millipedes have more than twice as many legs and a more coloured rim around each of its dorsal plates. These little fellas loooooove soil filled with calcium carbonate, so they'll stay near old walls where the mortar is falling apart and leaching lime into the soil.
