I believe that’s Donna Murphy, yes. It sounds just like her, and as many of the cast as they got back, I literally cannot imagine them not getting Donna Murphy to voice Gothel for the series, especially if it’s in an extremely minor role. (We don’t yet know if Gothel is going to be recurring at all.)
