I see people all the time complaining about slide bite when they shoot their Glocks. Everyone's hands are different. Different amounts of fat, muscle, sinew, and webbing. But know this... most professional shooters who run Glocks get what I call "Glock channel". A small channel of skin that is carved away over time by the slide reciprocating tens of thousands of times. At first it stings and bleeds, then you become accustomed to it. I don't notice it anymore. @drewhopkins, @2alpha2quit and I all run our right thumbs high on the gun for good leverage. Because of how high we run our thumbs, we get Glock channel. Good recoil management is a combination of leverage and friction. Sometimes slide bite is unavoidable.
