oh I’m absolutely gonna use this opportunity to gush about @lesbianfreyja because I love her and also it’s her birthday, not only is alex incredibly talented at writing (which is how we became friends, I was overly enthusiastic abt her fic and then we started talking) but she’s one of the best people I’ve ever met and I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have her to text my random thoughts about dennis reynolds or my stupid anxieties about school or my extreme rorst or my drunken ramblings I’m so so grateful we became friends

I don’t take selfies like,,,,, Ever so the first pic I have of me is actually from may and it was on prom night sskvadkvhssbsvsvmg rip I hadn’t gotten my braces off yet

18. A memorable meal this year?

instead of going to homecoming @snackelhenney and I just dressed up and went to a nice dinner at an italian restaurant and then went back to her house and it was way more fun than a dance plus I got bomb ass gnocchi and tiramisu so I’m gonna go with that

ooooof this is a doozy i love them so much,, i can’t really RANK moments or eps so i’ll just do an unordered list of ones i luv

moments:

 – a severely underrated moment is when dennis and mac wake up while in the back of the trailer in the gang hits the road where dennis wakes up, looks over and sees mac next to him, reaches out to him, and touches his chest before he realizes what he’s done, makes a face, and pulls his hand back as quickly as possible while mac gives him a look and tries to ignore it. glenn howerton explain! your! acting! choices! plz!

– how could i not mention the gang tends bar one where dennis is just. fucking sobbing over mac’s present? yea see i can’t not do that. let the man have his big feelings and also let him cry over his boyfriend getting him the one thing he wanted more than anything else…..rcg and megan ganz i owe u my l i f e

– similarly the ‘do you ever knooooow that you’re my heeeerooo’ serenade and speech from the gang dines out is a classic and for good reason! if u can’t tell i love scenes where dennis explicitly shows romantic interest/dependence/neediness bc so much of it is mac and i love seeing evidence of the bastard man loving mac just as much as mac loves him

– do deleted scenes count? bc i’m counting em! yknow that one deleted scene from mac & dennis break up where it’s like “dynamic duo me right now bitch!” “nice bi’s!” “sweet pecs!” and then dennis says “beautiful lips!” and mac is like ????wha?t??? and dennis makes that Face? the ‘holy shit i’m gay and in love with my roommate what the fuck what the fuck’ face? yeah. that scene. it was a hate crime against me personally to take it out! 

– anytime mac and dennis argue about who’s the top and who’s the bottom in their relationship, which happens like way too many times for them to be straight, let me just say! there’s them arguing as hugh & vic (okay baby boy), in dennis’ double life, and also the “FINE! when you have gay sex you can be on the top!” in the gang goes to hell. just, wow

episodes:

– i can’t NOT say mac and dennis break up for obvious fucking reasons! we love codependent bastards! i love that one so much it’s one of my comfort eps for sure

– same with the gang dines out! bonus points for how they’re all genuinely nice to dee at the end like i lowkey live for that shit. and the entire ep is j peak macdennis

– and of course the gang tends bar which is another great ep all around but deserves its place on this list because of big feelings dennis and the rpg……literally megan ganz personally killed me in cold blood with that episode

– i gotta do mac and dennis move to the suburbs because like how iconic! every scene in there is just gold honestly and i love seeing in depth looks at how fucked up and dysfunctional their relationship is. also, the entire episode is based on the premise of mac and dennis being like a, well, old married couple, so there’s really no way not to include this one

– i just rewatched this one so it’s in my mind but mac’s banging the waitress is such a cute one for them honestly…the nose boop? the “blood brothers”? “i know you better than you know yourself, dude”? it goes on….i love these losers
