#Storytime…So, the devil tried me. Rocked my second #PwC event, and worked up an appetite…took me forever to find something to eat amidst the busy downtown Nashville streets. Settled for #glizzies from a cart. 😩 Headed back to the hotel to look for my head phones that had been lost, but my tracker said they were close. Let’s just say I walked for 2 hours around the resort and nada. A dub. 🤦🏿‍♂️ I headed to the airport the next morning. I hear, “The flight will be canceled” on the loud speaker. Ugh. 🙇🏿‍♂️ Honestly, I didn’t have the patience to wait. Shout out to @JetBlue for having a seat available. BUT the sad part was that the flight would be in 6 hours. 😭 After speaking with the gate agent and basically being told that it was nearly impossible for me to get on an earlier flight, I called my wife to give her an update. 📱👰🏽 Turn to your neighbor and say, “BUT THEN!” 😮 I finally hear, “Sir, grab all your belongings, I put you on the flight.” I was jumping for joy! After looking on the app I saw that my original flight was delayed again. So this earlier flight saved me from missing my event the next day. 🤯 Moral of the story…the devil will try you, but just remain positive and push through because a door will open up for you!
