There have been bald eagles everywhere today!!! I just sat down outside and looked up, and this one was soaring right over me!!!!! I love to watch them fly... it's so beautiful and relaxing... I've seen 6 huge eagles today and 2 red tailed hawks!! I love big birds... they are noble and majestic creatures and they seem to bring me good fortune... just seeing them makes me so happy... there is beauty everywhere, and today, it's been in the form of big birds!!! 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅❤️❤️✨️💫
This eagle was so high up that I couldn't get a clear video of it, but it's still a phenomenal sight to behold, isn't it? ❤️🦅❤️
Gliding Like a Grasshopper
Many biorobots are built after flies and bees--insects that rely heavily on flapping flight. For small robots, this means carrying heavy batteries or remaining tethered in order to power their motors. Instead, researchers have turned to grasshoppers for a lesson in small-scale gliding.
