it seems pretty clear that he’s managed to form a personal identity where he’s JWY’s and JYL’s brother but not JFM or YZY’s son, which obviously didn’t stop him from Internalizing Stuff and Developing Behaviors, but I think did grant him a level of emotional distance you don’t get with Mom issues (and to be clear this thesis does not claim that Mom Issues require a genetic relationship, its just like, you have to, on some level, accept that person as your mom)
