What a beautiful day to start year 3 on my walking streak of at least 5K, or 7200 steps a day. It is #5KWalkingDay732 today. I didn't have any idea, on 3/28/2019, when I decided I was going to get up from behind my desk or off the couch and #move more every day, I would be starting my 3rd year today and yet here I am. I just started day 1 then day 2 then day 3 and now, for no particular reason, I am on day 732. I thank God every day for the continued good health to be able to do this every day. I share this because I am proud I have managed to keep this streak going through hot & cold, wet & dry, travel days & days at home. I even learned last week, when it was raining outside & I was in meetings all day, I can get most of those steps here in my office 13 steps at a time, back & forth & repeat...over & over again. So I am still learning new ways to #gitrdone However, I am also sharing this in case anyone seeing this is thinking you can't [Insert Activity Here] ...
